Our Yeovil Will Writer, Dudley Barnes recently sat down with business journalist Al Gibson to share what inspired him to join Simon Hall Will Writing Services and why he believes Will Writing is one of the most meaningful careers.

☕ Not Just Coffee – InFocus fundraiser success
Sunshine, smiles and support – our Not Just Coffee fundraiser in aid of InFocus Charity was a brilliant success! We were joined by Laurence Blythe from InFocus; our Will Writer from Taunton, Rachel Robb; as well as some of our friends from BNI. Simon, true to form, was proudly flying the Union Jack, celebrating our British tradition of coming together to support those in need.
We also were glad to have Linda’s mum and daughter with us! It was a time of cake, community and conversation where we raised awareness and funds for young people with visual impairments and complex needs. We appreciate everyone who came, donated or helped spread the word.

A busy West Country Business Show 2025
We had a brilliant time at the West Country Business Show on 18 July 2025 at Westpoint Exeter. It was a pleasure to meet new people as well as many familiar faces and to be there alongside a fantastic group of exhibitors and business owners. Simon,
Linda and Dudley held the fort at our stand sharing information on Wills, Trusts and LPAs, answering questions and connecting with our local community. We appreciate everyone who stopped by!
🔥 A BBQ toast to health, wealth and happiness
Our annual Team BBQ on 12 July was a chance to relax, reconnect and raise a glass together. With sausages sizzling and laughter flowing, Simon offered a heartfelt toast: “Cheers to health, to wealth, and most importantly, to happiness.”
Some of the guests included Wendy Mason-Tucker from our dedicated Will Writing Team, her husband Matt and their two girls; Claire and Dean Barrow from Simon A Martin Accountants and Al Gibson who handles our PR.
